Vincent Fazio earned a BSEE from Penn State in 1979 and an MBA from Temple University in 1985. He had held various technical sales positions with large Fortune 500 companies as well as small privately owned firms before joining Keystone Leadership Group (KLG). Keystone Leadership Group LLC  is a franchise partner with Leadership Management, Inc, a worldwide personal and management development organization.

Vince became a Sales Associate for KLG in 1987 after participating in KLG's Dynamics of Personal Leadership program as a client. He became a Certified Program Facilitator in 1988. After two years of sales and service success, he purchased the business in 1990. He is experienced in working comfortably with all levels of leadership, from front line managers to CEOs.

Vince attributes his success to a personal commitment of continuous improvement and to a genuine concern for helping each client manufacture positive change in his/her business and personal life. He is a member of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, the American Society for Training and Development, and Toastmasters International.

Vince resides in Whitehall, PA along with his wife, Pam, and two of their children. Their oldest son is a District Manager for Yuengling Brewery.
